Timofey Shmakov:

"The bone has started to suffer completly" OR "Whole bone has started to suffer"

J. P. Allen in respond to Timofey Shmakov:

2) I think your understanding of Ptahhotep 5,1 is possible, since mn is an intransitive verb like HqA. It is also possible, however, to read qs mn n.f, with mn as stative and n.f as what is known as the "ethical dative."
